《大學圖書館》徵稿簡約

1.本刊收錄與大學圖書館相關之學術論著及探討大學圖書館相關實務問題並符合學術論文寫作規範之文章，亦收錄探討圖書館學、資訊科學、目錄版本學、檔案學和博物館學等相關學術研究與具國際性或開創性之研究論著。惟譯稿、書評、教學講義及報導性文章，恕不刊登。本刊每年三月及九月各出版一期，歡迎賜稿。

2.賜稿以未曾正式出版之學術論著與實務性文章為限，請勿一稿多投。會議論文請查明該會議無正式出版會議論文集計畫，並應於文末載明曾發表於某學術會議。文長中文以一萬五千字為限、英文以八千字為限，有圖者請附原件。

3.稿件請提供符合「《大學圖書館》撰寫規範與格式」之Word檔，並附聯絡地址及電話俾便聯繫。

4.論文內之參考文獻務請註明來源，著錄格式請參考APA格式。

5.論著內之引用文獻凡涉及第三者著作權部分，請以附註說明，務請作者事先取得原作者同意，本刊不負涉及智慧財產權之法律責任。

6.本刊發表之文字，著作權屬於撰稿人，第三者轉載必須取得作者及本刊同意。

7.來稿經本刊審查通過後，作者同意授權本刊編輯委員會與國立臺灣大學出版中心，以及本刊編輯委員會或出版中心所同意合作之單位，依著作授權同意書之規定，進行紙本暨電子期刊之編輯、重製、翻譯、公開傳輸、收錄於資料庫等，提供使用者閱覽、下載與列印等，並授權本館以紙本暨電子出版品方式發行，以利學術研究之促進。

8.本刊同時以電子期刊形式發行，如經作者授權，則收錄於本館出版品網頁(http://univj.lib.ntu.edu.tw)，同時收錄於臺大學術期刊資料庫（http://ejournal.press.ntu.edu.tw/）。

9.本刊採雙盲審稿制度，來稿經編務小組根據大學圖書館審稿辦法辦理審稿事宜。

10. 來稿經刊登者，依本校與本刊相關規定致酬，並贈當期期刊2冊。

Call for Papers

Instructions to Authors

1. Manuscripts sent to the editorial committee of the University Library Journal (hereunder referred to as “the Journal”) should be related to issues of academic research as well as practical applications in university librarianship. The Journal is published semi-annually in March and September by the National Taiwan University Library. To determine whether a manuscript fits within the Journal’s scope of interest, please consult recent issues. Any eligible manuscripts are more than welcome.

2. Manuscripts must be neither previously officially published nor simultaneously submitted elsewhere. For a manuscript that has been presented at a conference, please make sure that the conference organizers do not have plans to publish a collection of the conference papers before submitting the manuscript to the University Library Journal. Please also state, at the end of the text, which conference the manuscript was presented at. Manuscripts written either in Chinese or English are acceptable. Each manuscript should be no more than 15,000 characters in Chinese or 8,000 words in English. If any graphs or photos are included in the manuscript, please attach originals.

3. An electronic submission is required. E-mail submissions should be sent to the editor at tulce@ntu.edu.tw. All manuscripts must be one sided, numbered consecutively and submitted in WORD format with references at the end and an abstract of no more than 200 words. The author’s full name, affiliation, and e-mail address should appear on the title page. 3 - 5 keywords should be included. Standard United States English spelling should be used throughout the text. The original phrases for all acronyms and abbreviations should be spelled out in full when first used in the text.

4. The Journal follows Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association published by the American Psychological Association.

5. If materials in the manuscript include other copyrighted works, the author(s) must obtain written permission from the copyright owners and credit the source(s) in the article. The Journal takes no responsibility and assumes no liabilities arising from the author’s violation against national copyright laws.

6. The copyrights of the papers published in the Journal shall still be the entitlement of the authors. Any third party should obtain consent from both the author and the Journal Committee in advance for the right to publish the contents elsewhere.

7. After the manuscript is accepted, the author warrants and authorizes the copyright of his/her works to the Editorial Board of the Journal, the NTU Press, and all other collaborating sectors. By the regulations of the “Copyright License Agreement,” the NTU Library shall have the right to edit, revise/reproduce, translate/interpret, publicly transmit, and reposit works both in print and in e-journal format for users to read, download, and print out. Works will be authorized for the NTU Library to publish in both print and e-publication form for the promotion of academic research.

8. The Journal is also published in electronic format. Accepted papers will be included in the Publications website after authorization is obtained from authors (http://univj.lib.ntu.edu.tw/), and will also be included in the NTU Database of Academic Periodicals (http://ejournal.press.ntu.edu.tw/).

9. Manuscripts are evaluated using a double blind reviewing process by scholars and experts appointed by the Journal Editorial Committee to decide whether or not they will be accepted for publication.

10. Once the paper is published in the Journal, an honorarium will be set in accordance to the standards of the National Taiwan University and the Journal. The required amount of tax as stipulated by the R.O.C. government will be deducted. In addition to the honorarium, the Journal Committee will also give the author, for each published paper, two copies of the Journal for free.
