知識本體在水質感測網之應用

摘要

本研究旨在發展一結合知識本體、代理人系統及SWE 技術,能提供即時動
態決策資訊的智慧型水質感測網為總體目標,以宜蘭縣龍德水質監測系統為模擬
對象。本文聚焦於知識本體之規劃與建置,採用Prot?g? 編輯軟體描述和呈現領域
知識的概念屬性及概念之間的關係,以支援代理人系統的自動判讀與採取處理行
動。本文內容首先探究水質感測網技術,其次是闡述知識本體之意涵,以及探討
建置知識本體的方法,最後說明水質感測網知識本體之實作與結論,期能作為同
道研究應用之參考。

Abstract

The overall goal of this research is to develop water quality monitoring systems,
an intelligent sensor network that combines ontology, the agent system, and the SWE
technology, provide realistic dynamic information. The system is designed to simulate
the water quality monitoring system at the Long De Industrial Park in Yilan County.
The focus of this paper is the design and implementation of the ontology. We use
Prot?g? as the editing software to describe and present the concepts and attributes in the domain knowledge as well as the relations between them in order to support automatic
interpretation and action by the agent system. In this paper we first probe Water Quality
Sensor to describe the meaning of ontology and explore methods for building the
ontology. Finally, we provide the implementation of the ontology and our conclusions for
fellow researchers in this subject.

大學圖書館學習共享空間的使用情形研究:以輔仁大學為例

摘要

本研究利用問卷調查來了解輔仁大學圖書館學習共享空間的狀況、效益和滿
意度,探討的層面包括:使用者的基本背景(性別、學院、年級)、使用原因與
主要活動、使用情境與頻率、各項服務的利用與滿意度調查等,希望調查結果能
提供國內大學圖書館在規劃學習共享空間時的參考。問卷調查有以下的主要發
現:首先,超過9 成使用者知道小組討論是學習共享空間的特色,近8 成使用者
可以接受有聲音的討論;其次,寬敞、舒適、良好軟硬體設備、小組討論,確實
有助於吸引學生來使用學習共享空間,而且幾乎全部的使用者都認為設置學習共
享空間增加了他們使用圖書館的意願,同時有9 成的使用者認為此空間對於課業
學習是有助益的;再者,近8 成的使用者表示經常來使用學習共享空間,且每週
至少使用一次的比例為74.8%,他們在學習共享空間內所從事的主要活動為資料
檢索、自修、小組討論、娛樂;最後,分析結果顯示使用者對各項服務的滿意度
平均值都接近4(五級量表,5 為最高分)。

Title Investigation on the Usage of University Libraries' Learning Commons: A Case Study on Fu Jen Catholic University

Abstract

Questionnaires had been utilized to investigate the usage and satisfaction of
Learning Commons of Fu Jen University’s library from many aspects, including basic
background of users, the reasons to use facilities, major activities, utilization frequency,
and satisfaction of services. The important findings of this investigation were as follows:
firstly, over 90% of users knew group discussion being one of the major features of
Learning Commons and nearly 80% of users could accept it. Secondly, many designing
features, including comfort, openness, good computer hardware and software, group
discussion, of Learning Commons did attract users to the library. In addition, nearly
all users expressed that their will did increased because of the existence of Learning
Commons. In the meantime, nearly 80% of users believed that it was helpful for their
learning as well. Thirdly, nearly 80% of users categorized themselves as frequent
users of Learning Commons and their major activities were information seeking, selfstudying,
group discussion, and entertainment. Lastly, the investigation revealed that the
satisfaction level was near 4 on the 5 scales measurement for all services of Learning
Commons.

口述歷史館藏的整理與運用:以臺灣檔案典藏單位為例

摘要

近年民間檔案逐漸受到檔案館的青睞,成為檔案館徵集的範圍之一,而口述
歷史也屬於其中之一。口述歷史產生的錄音帶、錄影帶、電子檔、訪談抄本、受
訪者捐贈資料等,種類相當繁雜,而臺灣各檔案典藏單位進行口述歷史之後,有
不同的整理與保存方式。本文藉由訪談瞭解臺灣各檔案典藏單位是如何整理與運
用口述歷史館藏,並提出一個更完善的整理與管理機制、提供更多元的運用方式。

Title Organization and Access of Oral History Collection: Archival Repositories of Taiwan as Examples

Abstract

In recent years, non-governmental archives increasingly favored by the archives
and became one of the collections of archives, and oral history among the collections.
Oral history interviews will produce audio tapes, video tapes, electronic files, interview
transcripts, the interviewee’s donation, etc. Taiwan archival repositories include different
ways to organize and reserve these oral history collections. Through the research,
we could know how Taiwan archival repositories organize and reserve oral history
collections, and provide what kind of access tools to users.

Abstract

Academic libraries around the globe are facing similar challenges as a result of the economical, technological, and pedagogical developments. Many have been conducting strategic planning to devise ways for meeting these challenges. This article uses two recent U.S. reports that describe the trends observed among the U.S. academic libraries as backdrop, introduces the strategic plan developed by the Cornell University Library in 2010, and outlines some of the specific measures that are being implemented.

大學生對大學圖書館情緒療癒閱讀素材需求之探索性研究

摘要

大學生處於青少年與成人之間的過渡階段,常面臨到許多挫折與情緒困擾問
題,其不僅在學業方面有所需求,在情緒療癒方面亦有需求。相關研究指出,閱
讀適當的圖書資訊資源有助於大學生紓解壓力,甚而能進一步解決其情緒困擾問
題,此即書目療法之精神。而大學圖書館具備豐富多元的館藏資源,除可發揮傳
統支援教學與研究的功能之外,是否能針對大學生的情緒療癒需求,提供情緒療
癒閱讀素材以協助其透過閱讀來舒緩負面情緒,實是值得吾人思考之議題。爰
此,本研究針對20 位閱讀經驗豐富,並將閱讀視為主要舒緩情緒管道的臺灣大學
之大學部學生進行半結構式之深度訪談,探究其對於情緒療癒閱讀素材之需求。
訪談結果發現,受訪者常見之情緒困擾問題包括「學業問題」、「同儕人際關係
問題」及「愛情問題」等,而當其遭遇情緒困擾問題時,則會考量「個人興趣喜
好」、「情緒困擾問題類型」及「素材內容主題」等因素來選擇情緒療癒閱讀素
材;至於受訪者對於情緒療癒閱讀素材館藏資源之需求,則包括希望大學圖書館
「發掘並推薦圖書館中具情緒療癒效用之館藏資源」、「增加多元媒體類型之情
緒療癒閱讀素材」以及「制訂合宜的情緒療癒閱讀素材館藏資源之管理政策」等。

Title A Study of the Undergraduates’ Demand for Emotional Healing Reading Materials

Abstract

This study focuses on the demands for emotional healing reading materials of
undergraduates. Targeting at 20 undergraduates from National Taiwan University with
the abundance of reading experiences and use reading as a way to relieve negative
emotions, in-depth interviews are conducted to explore their demands of emotional
healing reading materials. The results indicate that (1) common emotional disturbances
of interviewees include problems from schoolwork, peer relationship, as well as love,
and when they face emotional disturbances, they will consider their choice of emotional
healing reading materials according to factors such as “personal interest”, “emotional
disturbance problem” and “contents and topics of the material”. (2) The interviewees
suggest that college libraries should discover and recommend resources with emotional
healing efficacy in their collections, acquire more multimedia emotional healing reading
materials, and establish appropriate management policies for collections of emotional
healing reading materials.

大學圖書館期刊館藏之開放性資源比例與引用優勢之研究

摘要

電子期刊與電子資源價格高漲,圖書館在經費短缺之下,如何深入瞭解Open Access 並重新規劃圖書館電子期刊之結構與因應對策,為一重要課題。本研究提 出一分析模式,由館藏各學域期刊分布抽樣,分析各領域所得樣本期刊文章,隸 屬於Open Access 之分布情形,並探討其引用之優勢。文中以國內某大學圖書館 為個案,研究結果發現,600 篇樣本中,於2009 年,平均37%可在網路上免費取 得全文,其中電腦科學領域平均比例為58%,物理領域平均比例更高達60%;且 經過四年的發展,各領域Open Access 的數量與比例均呈現明顯成長,平均增加 15%。整體而言,Open Access 平均被引用次數為17,平均引用優勢約為55%,其表現均比Toll Access 更為突出。本研究成果驗證了近年來Open Access 的發展 績效與其具有提升文章能見度、增加文章引用率之引用優勢,提供圖書館界於規 劃與建立電子期刊或電子資源館藏之參考。

Title A Study on Open Resources Proportion and Citation Advantage of University Library Journal Collections

Abstract

It is an important subject to understand Open Access and re-plan electronic serial framework and solutions due to the rising cost of electronic serials and insufficient fund. This study presents an analysis model. We use the samples of each scientific field in library collections and analyse the distribution of journal articles in various fields which belong to Open Access, and to explore the citation advantage. A case study of national university library in Taiwan, according to this research in 2009 that in 600 samples, the average 37% of full text information can be obtained free on the Internet, 58% for computer science and 61% for physics. Through development of four years, there is a significant growth in quantity and proportion in these fields, with an average increase by 15%. As a whole, Open Access performs better than Toll Access. The average citation of Open Access is 17, and citation advantage is 55%. This study could provide data to prove the effects of Open Access development in recent years and the citation advantage of Open Access, such as improving visibility and higher citation rate. Moreover, it could be another solution for librarians when planning and establishing electronic serial or electronic resources.

摘要

檔案是國家紀錄重要的資產,妥善保存維護劣損檔案,有賴於修裱人員的專
業處理。為瞭解國內檔案修裱專業人員的工作現況,本文藉由問卷調查方式,分
析檔案修裱人員任用條件、修復技法、機關資源與人員培訓等議題,總計發送國
內設有檔案修裱人員之11 所典藏機構共23 份問卷,回收問卷22 份,回收率為
96%,最終歸納問卷與文獻分析結果,提供檔案修裱人員作業現況分析結果,並
擬具修裱人員任用制度與作業改善建議,提供檔案典藏機構相關業務參考。

Abstract

Archives are an important cultural heritage for a country. Effective preservation in
archives depends on professional employment. It is essential to realize the work profile
of repair employment. Questionnaires were distributed to all archival and documentary
repositories for analyzing the issues of qualification, repair technique, supportive
resources and training of employees. In total, 23 questionnaires were mailed and 22
responded, resulting in an overall response rate of 96%. Finally, literature and surveys were summarized for proposing the conclusions and suggestions for archival repositories
to reference.
