Abstract |
This paper explores some of the possible difficulties facing the effort for transform an adult library into a learning library. Major aspects concerning learning library such as terms, staff, regulations, culture, adult learning services, problematic analysis and tactics are examined through a total analysis, a series of vehicles for learning library is identified. Modern libraries ought to transform themselves into an organic learning mechanism. It is necessary to have an emancipated mind without ideology in such an era of crisis in order to carry out the ideal of a permanent living library.
