Abstract |
One of the major functions of the library is to maximize the satisfaction of its users. To do this, the demand management of its users should be considered as a crucial task. This article aims, on the one hand, to explore the implications, types, and characteristics of library users' demands, and on the other hand, to describe the role a library plays in the process of satisfying its users. The paper will also offer some practical techniques and methods to enhance the satisfaction of the users' demands.
