In the 1990s, academic librarieswere faced with pressure to compete and a tendency towards renovation. The concept and demands of library consortium once again received serious attention. The purpose of this research is to investigate the special characteristics of the operation of OhioLINK and their cooperative service issues, strategic planning, and modes of operation. |
