知識經濟時代的知識經濟

知識經濟時代核心是知識創新與速度，因而如何快速取得與知識創新有關的關鍵知識及技術變得十分重要。本文敘述由資訊組織到知識組織的轉變，並說明資訊組織由文獻單元進展到以知識單元為主題的突破，簡介各種知識加工技術，及如何有效運用這些知識組成工具，近一步提升資訊服務的品質。

Creating speed and knowledge forms the core competencies in the knowledge-based economy. Rapid acquisition of the key knowledge and technology of the knowledge creation become more and more important in the fast-developing world of information technology. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the changes of information organization into knowledge organization. The methods of knowledge processing and utilization of knowledge organization were explained, thus improving the quality of information services.
