Abstract |
The study uses two methods to collect related information about this issue. One is literature review, the other is questionnaire survey. It not only organize documentations within the following topics: special librarian’s educational background, work performance and job satisfaction, but also applies questionnaire survey method to obtain the opinions of these issues from librarians. Based on the above information and survey results. The paper analyzes the relationship between educational background, work performance and job satisfaction, and proposes seven suggestions for research libraries to serve as a reference instruction on acquiring and training staffs in the future.
