民國九十年一月十七日政府實施圖書館法以來，我國圖書館事業之經營面臨重大改革，該法對專業館員與社區民眾已發生一定程度之衝擊，職是之故，本篇論文擬詳述圖書館法第六條之技術規範有關規定，該條內容安排旨意並闡述業界對圖書資訊標準化過程有因應之道，俾供業界同道在推動技術服務時有所依循。

The implementation of a nationwide Library Law on January 17,2001, has led to significant changes for library administration in Taiwan. It has also had an impact on professional librarians and on users. This article describes and analyzes the technical norms of the law and explores how operation procedure should be adjusted to ensure the efficient functioning of library services.
