臺灣原住民族上層知識組織架構之建置

摘要

近年來,原住民族知識組織架構愈來愈受各界的關注與重視,然而由於過去原住民族知識大多皆以口傳為主,少有文字記載,故原住民族知識組織架構建構之不完整性是可想而知的。而目前《中國圖書分類法》中有關臺灣原住民族知識的相關分類又相當粗略,其中針對原住民族的敘述,僅止於以原住民族群進行分類,其他有關原住民族之主題面向則被分散列於類表中的相關分類號下;此分類法用於原住民族相關文獻的分類上,確有許多不足之處。
為因應此劃時代之趨勢以及臺灣原住民族圖書資訊中心之需求,本研究擬於建構整個臺灣原住民族知識組織架構時,從上層架構著手,透過人類學領域之學者專家、原住民身份學者專家,以及圖書資訊學專家,三方面整合互動式的參與,共同將上層架構主軸確立,以便未來進一步分工合作,讓各領域專家可以建置不同主題面向的原住民族知識;此外,更期盼此上層知識組織架構建置完成後,能提供臺灣原住民族圖書資訊中心一個比較符合原住民族觀點的專屬分類系統,以便未來該中心在分類原住民族相關知識時之參考。

Abstract

In the past several years, the aboriginal knowledge organization structure has received a respectable amount of attention. However, aboriginal knowledge is commonly spread by oral tradition and rarely through writing. With regards to such behavior, it is understandable that the aboriginal knowledge organization structure is incomplete. Currently, the classification of Taiwan's aboriginal knowledge in the New Classification Scheme for Chinese Libraries is still roughly sorted with descriptions of aborigines classified simply by tribe while other subject matters and aspects relating to the indigenous people are scattered under the classification number of relevant subjects. It is clear that applying this type of classification on aboriginal documents and records has quite a number of inadequacies.
Responding to contemporary trends in information management and to the needs of Taiwan's Indigenous Peoples Resource Center, this research aims to detail Taiwan's aboriginal knowledge organization structure starting with the upper-level structure, and through the integrated and interactive participation of aboriginal scholars, anthropologists, and professionals in library and information sciences., the core of the upper-level structure is established and confirmed. In this way, further work division and collaboration is possible, and aboriginal knowledge with different themes and facets can be classified by experts of different fields. This research hopes to provide Taiwan's Indigenous Peoples Resource Center with a classification system that can correspond more to the indigenous people's point of view and also serve as future reference for the Center.

摘要

本文主要探討大學生「資訊素養與倫理」通識教育課程的理念、主題、教學策略與執行成效。首先闡述設計此課程之理念,包括以往相關課程多著重在電腦/網路科技的理解與應用,缺少情意面向的教學,以及學生缺乏洞察網路帶來可能的正負面影響部分。其次說明資訊素養與倫理課程各主題之內涵:資訊素養、資訊識讀、資訊社會、資訊倫理及網路安全與行為。再則提出可行的教學設計策略,包含問題導向學習法、案例教學法、教學媒體設計原則、教學活動與評量設計原則等,以期能達到最大的教學成效。最後佐以實際授課成效(包括完全網路及面對面課程),提出反省討論,作為日後修改與執行課程之參考。

Abstract

This paper explores the rational, issues and instructional strategies for developing and implementing an Information Literacy and Ethics curriculum for Taiwan college students. The paper first questions why it is infact this curriculum is needed and identifies the lack of an effective learning domain in the existing computer/network curricula. Secondly, important topics for the curriculum content are outlined which include information literacy, information use and verification, information society, information ethics, and Internet safety and behaviors. Thirdly, possible instructional design strategies for the curriculum are discussed, including problem-based learning, case-based instruction, media design principles, course activities design, and evaluation approaches.Finally, the effectiveness of fully online and face-to-face courses is examined.

摘要

唐宋二代可以說是中國文學成就最高的二個朝代,除了唐詩、宋詩、唐宋詞、唐宋文、傳奇小說之外,音樂、繪畫、書法藝術也都取得空前的成就,最特殊的是這幾種藝術彼此交流,相互取材,多元藝術交相融合,一起滋長。也有很多文人同時具備多種藝術創造能力,文人如蘇軾,詩詞文書畫皆精,君王如宋徽宗,既是書法家也是畫家,上下交織,造就中國藝術最光輝燦爛的朝代。
構成唐宋詞的形式元素是文字及音樂,詞人們以情境相通,物我交融的寫作技巧,將深刻細膩的情感內涵以文字及音樂傳遞到閱聽者心中。唐宋詞多媒體網站的設計,便是以能夠引發情境感知(Context - Awareness)的文字、影音、圖像、動畫等多媒體,作為引導閱聽者欣賞唐宋詞文本內涵的媒介為主要的設計方向,著重在表現唐宋詞文體特色,讓使用者登入網站,即可感受到唐宋詞文字、音樂、心境、情境、意境之美。
本文探討的重點是如何引用「情境感知」的概念,利用資訊科技可以兼容多種訊息媒介的特性,探討如何在資訊網路上建置一個能引發閱聽者感受唐宋詞情境的網站,以領略唐宋詞之美,為文學傳播建立新的載體與形式。

Title Words and Visual Guides of Context Perception for Knowledge Expression: An Example of a Website for Lyrical Poetry of the Tang and Song Dynasties

Abstract

The Tang and Song Dynasties witnessed the greatest literary achievements in Chinese history. In addition to the traditional genres of poems, ci (or lyrical poetry), articles, and legendary novels, the fine arts including music, painting, and calligraphy also reached their creative heights. These periods were characterized by mutual interchange of materials and their blending. Many men of letters boasted talents in the various arts. Men of letters such as Su Shi were skilled at producing articles and paintings; Emperor Huizong was both a calligrapher and painter.
The elements of ci (or lyrical poetry) in Tang and Song Dynasties are words and music. Composers of lyrical poetry conveyed profound and delicate sensitivities to their audiences through words and music. The design goal of this multimedia website is to focus on words, videos, pictures and animations that stimulate Context-Awareness cognition to guide readers and listeners in appreciating lyrical poetry of the Tang and Song dynasties. The emphasis is on presenting characteristic writing styles so that once logged onto the site, users can discover the beauty of words, music, psyche, context and prospects.
Therefore, the focus of this paper aims at exploring the establishment of a website that stimulates users to understand lyrical poetry in the Tang and Song Dynasties through multimedia and by means of Context-Awareness cognition, to aid browsers, and to promote literature in a brand-new form and medium.

本文主要由網站典藏的重要性,介紹世界各國一些重點網站典藏計畫,在實務及學術討論方面的最新發展。其中,網站典藏計畫的策略可分為機構典藏和事件典藏二項重點。其中各計畫針對重大事件的網站典藏,更能彰顯網站典藏的重要性,其徵集內容不但是歷史的一手資料,亦成為典藏單位的館藏特色。超越傳統圖書館的徵集任務與館藏管理,網站典藏庫可提供為文化資產的長久的保存及可即性,提供未來世代研究網站發展、學術議題及歷史進程等重要的研究資源。

This paper reviews the significance and recent development of web archiving projects and includes a summary of the current state of web archiving in many countries. 臺灣大學圖書館使用NDDS與RapidILL文獻傳遞服務經驗談

摘要

在知識經濟的時代裡,世界各國不斷地持續推動圖書館資源共享,而且績效卓越,文獻傳遞服務已成為圖書館服務項目裡的重要一環,而臺灣大學圖書館乃依據其近年來使用國內館際合作NDDS服務系統及國際文獻傳遞服務RapidILL系統的實務經驗與數據進行整體分析,而研究方法主要是採用著名的科技接受模式(TAM Model)來進行調查使用者對NDDS及JADE的使用情形(JADE為RapidILL的申請介面系統),其結果發現JADE在系統有用性、容易使用度及系統效益三個構面的表現均比NDDS來得佳;最後,希望藉由本研究報告的各種分析調查結果,能更進一步了解讀者的內隱與外顯之資訊需求,以提昇文獻傳遞服務的效率及效能,並期望能藉由臺灣大學圖書館案例的分享,來提供國內其它圖書館進行文獻傳遞服務時的參考資訊。

Title Document Delivery Service Systems of NDDS and RapidILL: The Experience of National Taiwan University Library

Abstract

Purpose - This paper aims to identify the information needs of users of the National Taiwan University Library and to formulate improvements to the interlibrary loan service by examining the usage statistics of the document delivery systems NDDS and RapidILL. These results may serve as future reference materials for other libraries operating document delivery services.
Design/methodology/approach - The study used the technology acceptance model (TAM) to analyze user behaviors and system acceptance levels in the NDDS and JADE document delivery service systems (JADE is the application interface of the RapidILL in National Taiwan University library).
Findings – 1.RapidILL performs better than NDDS in the following areas: usefulness, ease of use and system satisfaction. 2.Yields a clearer understanding of users’ needs from statistical analysis

從使用者角度評估大學圖書館之服務品質:以臺大圖書館為例

摘要

國立臺灣大學圖書館為瞭解讀者對圖書館服務品質的滿意程度,於民國98年5月25日至6月8日實施圖書館服務品質問卷調查計畫,採用LibQUAL+量表,調查讀者對圖書館館藏資源、空間設備及館員服務三大面向共22個題目之需求期望與實際感受。另並以4個總體服務題目以瞭解讀者對圖書館之實際滿意感受。各項期望值以1至9分評等程度。本調查報告針對5,948份有效問卷,除基本資料分析外,並就前述22項個別服務品質項目最低期望值、實際感受值、最高期望值、合格度與理想度列表及圖示分析;以及總體服務品質實際感受值分析。至於調查結論與建議將作為圖書館整體發展政策及各相關業務單位發展規畫之依據。

Title Assessing the Service Quality of the University Library from the Perspective of Users: A Survey at the National Taiwan University Library

Abstract

In order to understand users’ opinions regarding the quality of service at the National Taiwan University Library, a survey was conducted through questionnaires distributed from May 25th to June 8th in 2009. Using the survey tool, LibQUAL+, respondents were asked 22 questions about their needs, expectations and actual experiences relating to the library’s collections and resources, the physical environment and library facilities, and the quality of services. Furthermore, another four questions that focused on the satisfaction level of the overall quality were also asked. The evaluations were rated on a scale of 1 to 9. There were 5,948 valid questionnaires in total. In addition to analyses on basic information, the responses to all 22 questions were analyzed. The results were presented in tables and graphs to show scores for minimum expectation, satisfaction, maximum expectation, acceptability, and flawlessness. The conclusion and suggestions made based on the survey will serve as guidelines for future management and development of the NTU library.
