摘要

本研究試圖建立一個美食部落格介面的使用性評估模型,做為使用性評估的指引。首先收集部落格介面設計準則與使用性評估的相關研究,並從中彙整出內容易用性、介面互動性、版型設計等3 個構面,合計含有21 個項目的部落格介面評估模型。本研究的樣本是從個人美食部落格、公司美食部落格及Alexa 排名美食部落格等3 類中選取15 個樣本。評估結果顯示,首先,3 個類群的代表性樣本均比同類型一般隨機樣本的表現優良;其次,整體來說,Alexa 排名美食部落格表現較其他2 類為優,個人美食部落格和公司美食部落格則相差不多。以個別評估項目來看,3 個類群在適當使用圖像和網站區塊二個項目上均有嚴重的使用性問題。個人美食部落格另外在一致性、易於瀏覽的頁面長度、連接的穩定性、主題一致性、個別文章點擊之人氣數量等5 個項目上有嚴重的使用性問題;公司美食部落格則是在一致性和部落客自身意見等2 個項目上有嚴重的使用性問題;Alexa排名美食部落格則只有在文章分類1 個項目上有嚴重的使用性問題。

Abstract

In this work, based on related researches of user interface design and usability evaluation in food blogs, we first develop a usability evaluation model, incorporating three perspectives: content usability, interactive interface, and layout design, with 21 evaluation items in total. The 15 evaluation samples are chosen from three types of food blogs: personal food blogs, company food blogs, and Alexa food blogs. This investigation proposes several important findings. Firstly, in each of these three types of food blogs, the most famous blog is better designed than those randomly selected blogs. Secondly, Alexa food blogs are overall performed better than the other two types of food blogs. In addition, personal food blogs are scored more or less equal to company food blogs. From the perspective of each individual evaluated item, all three types of blogs have severe usability problems in two items: improper use images and website blocks. In addition, personal food blogs have severe usability problems in five other items: consistency, navigable age length, stable connection, consistent theme, and individual article cumulative popularity. Company food blogs have severe usability problems in two other items: consistency and opinionated blogger articles. Alexa food blogs have severe usability problem in only one more item: article classification.

大學圖書館學習共享空間的使用情形研究:以輔仁大學為例

摘要

本研究利用問卷調查來了解輔仁大學圖書館學習共享空間的狀況、效益和滿
意度,探討的層面包括:使用者的基本背景(性別、學院、年級)、使用原因與
主要活動、使用情境與頻率、各項服務的利用與滿意度調查等,希望調查結果能
提供國內大學圖書館在規劃學習共享空間時的參考。問卷調查有以下的主要發
現:首先,超過9 成使用者知道小組討論是學習共享空間的特色,近8 成使用者
可以接受有聲音的討論;其次,寬敞、舒適、良好軟硬體設備、小組討論,確實
有助於吸引學生來使用學習共享空間,而且幾乎全部的使用者都認為設置學習共
享空間增加了他們使用圖書館的意願,同時有9 成的使用者認為此空間對於課業
學習是有助益的;再者,近8 成的使用者表示經常來使用學習共享空間,且每週
至少使用一次的比例為74.8%,他們在學習共享空間內所從事的主要活動為資料
檢索、自修、小組討論、娛樂;最後,分析結果顯示使用者對各項服務的滿意度
平均值都接近4(五級量表,5 為最高分)。

Title Investigation on the Usage of University Libraries' Learning Commons: A Case Study on Fu Jen Catholic University

Abstract

Questionnaires had been utilized to investigate the usage and satisfaction of
Learning Commons of Fu Jen University’s library from many aspects, including basic
background of users, the reasons to use facilities, major activities, utilization frequency,
and satisfaction of services. The important findings of this investigation were as follows:
firstly, over 90% of users knew group discussion being one of the major features of
Learning Commons and nearly 80% of users could accept it. Secondly, many designing
features, including comfort, openness, good computer hardware and software, group
discussion, of Learning Commons did attract users to the library. In addition, nearly
all users expressed that their will did increased because of the existence of Learning
Commons. In the meantime, nearly 80% of users believed that it was helpful for their
learning as well. Thirdly, nearly 80% of users categorized themselves as frequent
users of Learning Commons and their major activities were information seeking, selfstudying,
group discussion, and entertainment. Lastly, the investigation revealed that the
satisfaction level was near 4 on the 5 scales measurement for all services of Learning
Commons.

適合網路世代之大學圖書館學習共享空間的設施調查

摘要

由於網路世代是大學圖書館學習共享空間(或資訊共享空間)最主要的驅動力之一,本文乃從網路世代學習特質的角度,來探討何種學習共享空間(或資訊共享空間)的設施較能契合其特質,因而更能提昇網路世代學生的學習效果。此外,本文也針對美國、加拿大、英國、澳洲、和紐西蘭等21所大學圖書館學習共享空間(或資訊共享空間)的設施部份,以圖書館網頁方式進行資料收集與分析,以一窺目前國際間學習共享空間(或資訊共享空間)設施部份的發展現況。

Abstract

The characteristics of the Net Generation have become one of the important driving forces behind Learning Commons (or Information Commons). In this work, from the Net Generation€'s perspective, we try to investigate the Learning Commons facilities at libraries which can be used to enhance learning effectiveness. The web pages of 21 university libraries (in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand) have been reviewed to find out about the facilities of their Learning Commons/Information Commons.

輔仁大學圖書館RapidILL使用分析與經濟效益評估

摘要

輔仁大學圖書館是從2008年5月下旬開始加入RapidILL,為更深入了解RapidILL的使用狀況,本文分析了2008年6月至2009年12月之電腦日誌檔,分析結果顯示這19個月期間的總申請次數為8,983次,其中教職員申請次數為1,839次(佔20.47%),研究所學生(碩士和博士)申請次數為6,367次(佔70.88%),其餘為大學部學生。由於最大的使用者族群為研究所學生,本文也進一步分析其系所背景,發現各研究所學生利用RapidILL的情況差異很大。在抑制期刊經費成長的經濟效益方面,98學年度已藉由RapidILL來完全凍結期刊經費的成長,初步估計約節省新台幣3百萬元。

Title The Study of RapidILL Usage Analysis and Economic Assessment at Fu-Jen University Library

Abstract

A 19-month period of log file, from June 2008 to December 2009, has been analyzed to understand the usage conditions of library’s RapidILL service at Fu-Jen University. The analysis reveals several important findings. Firstly, the total number of usage reaches 8,983 times, and graduate students and faculty (or staffs) account for 70.88% and 20.47% of the usage, respectively. Secondly, further analysis of graduate students reveals that there is a big difference on usage among departments. Lastly, in the aspect of economic assessment, an estimated 3 million NT dollars has been saved by curbing the expenses on journal subscriptions in the fiscal year of 2009 by utilizing of RapidILL service.

臺灣地區中文網頁自動辨別日期之研究

摘要

隨著網際網路的日益普及,線上資源也越來越豐富,要精準的為讀者找出有用的資訊,前提是必須能夠精準的分析網頁內容。日期是網頁Metadata中的重要欄位,由於臺灣在日期格式的書寫習慣,使得中文網頁的日期形式較為複雜,因而增加了自動著錄網頁創造(或修改)日期時的困難。本研究的主要目的是針對網頁日期部分做深入的分析研究,以便能夠更精確的利用中文網頁中的日期欄位進行檢索利用。 本研究以隨機抽樣方式來抓取繁體中文網頁,分析及統計樣本網頁中出現的日期格式,並使用正規表示式來自動抓取正確的網頁日期,最後計算出正確率。透過此研究可以了解在進行中文網頁日期欄位自動辨識時可能會遭遇到的困難,並評估自動擷取繁體中文網頁日期欄位的可行性。實驗結果顯示,有日期資料網頁的正確率約為61%,沒有日期資料網頁的部分約為62%。有日期資料網頁的平均誤差年約為0.62年,且83.4%的網頁能精準預測其年份(即誤差年為0),因此雖然本研究的成果尚未能完全取代人工,但若應用得宜仍然可以提高網

Title A Study of Auto Extraction of Dates from Chinese Web Pages in Taiwan Area

Abstract

Online resources have become more plentiful nowadays, thanks to the popularization of Internet services. In order to achieve accurate search results for the users, it is necessary to analyze web pages precisely. ‘Date’ is one of the most important fields of metadata in web pages. Due to the special date displaying formats using in Taiwan, it has made the automatic cataloging on date for webpage more difficult. The major purpose of this research is to thoroughly analyze different types of date displaying formats applied to Chinese web pages. These findings will be used to increase the precision on the date auto extraction of web pages. The procedures of experiment are as follows. Firstly, samples were randomly selected from Internet. Secondly, the statistic analysis on the date displaying format of each web pages was conducted. Lastly, Regular Expression was used to abstract the dates of each web page, while the accuracy ratio was also calculated. The difficulties and feasibility of auto date extraction are discussed in the end of this work. The results of the experiment suggest the accuracy ratio of web pages with date information is 61%. On the other hand, the accuracy ratio of web pages without date information is 62%. The average error of those web pages with date information is 0.62 year. The results of this research suggest that the auto date extraction mechanism can be used to improve the efficiency on webpage information retrieval.
