2013 年臺大圖書館新成立學科服務組，期望透過學科館員作為與系所師生的聯繫窗口，並深入了解師生的需求，落實圖書館服務，增進支援師生教學、研究與學習上的效能。為此，臺大學科服務組於2013 年9 月推出「學科服務校園列車活動」，實際至各學院介紹圖書館的服務，進行使用者調查，以期了解師生們在教學、研究與學習上的需求以及對圖書館的期望。
本研究旨在探討研究生在研究查找資料時的資訊需求與行為以及使用圖書館學科服務之情形，從資訊需求、搜尋行為、對學科服務的認識、利用、重要性之看法等面向進行探討。本研究採用問卷調查方法，研究結果顯示，研究生在進行研究或查找資料時，使用電子資源的頻率大於使用紙本資源。且優先使用Google搜尋引擎，其次才是從圖書館網頁進行查找。研究生實際到圖書館的頻率，多為「偶爾」，前往圖書館的主要目的為圖書借閱。其對學科服務的主要印象，以參考諮詢服務為主，其他服務所知有限，但對於圖書館的學科服務大都抱持肯定態
度，利用過後的滿意度也相當高。

The purpose of the study is to understand the information-seeking behavior and use of information resources by graduate students at the National Taiwan University, and to investigate the usage and satisfaction of subject services of NTU library. This study utilizes the survey data collected via a questionnaire completed by 404 graduate students. The study finds that there is a higher frequency of using electronic resources than print ources in the research process. It also finds that Google is the top choice for gathering information for coursework and research, followed by the library website. Among graduate students, the main purpose of visiting the library, which they only occasionally do, is to borrow printed books. Although there are different dimensions of subject service, the graduate students’ perception of subject services mainly focuses on reference services. Graduate students are generally satisfied with the subject services they have used. The investigation reveals that the general satisfaction level is close to 4 on a scale of 5 measurement for all subject services.

為最佳化圖書館統計資料之利用分析，本文探討如何以決策支援系統導入圖書館。系統建構主要工作有三大重點：首先希望以自動化的數據介接，逐步代替人工登錄統計數據；利用各項數據產出圖書館績效指標，幫助管理者對整體發展政策或特定資源之分配，有量化數據與初步分析指標可以參考；使用者介面以圖形化方式即時呈現資料，更可直觀地反映讀者使用行為與各類資源使用情況。系統收集量化數據後，引入國際評鑑資料及排名，與國際標準接軌，績效指標資料可以進一步做更深入的智慧化運用。圖書館評鑑導入決策支援系統，期能達成統
計自動化、評鑑數據化、資訊視覺化，並逐步邁向標準國際化與系統智慧化。

In order to maximize the benefit of library statistical analysis, National Taiwan University Library utilizes Decision Support System for library assessment. First of all, we propose the automatic data collection and analysis instead of manual statistical data collection. Secondly, calculating library performance indicators by reference to a variety
of data provides decision makers with quantitative data and preliminary analytical results which are useful for policy development and resources allocation. Thirdly, data could be displayed in graphic forms on a timely basis therefore user behavior and resources utilization can be directly perceived. What is more, with the quantitative data being
collected, the system is able to cite worldwide assessment publications and rankings in order to be in accordance with international standards. Furthermore, these performance indicators can be used in intelligence approaches. In conclusion, we expect that the utilization of Decision Support System for library assessment will help us to obtain automatic statistics collection, quantitative assessment, and information visualization, to meet international standard and ultimately to establish an intelligent system.

在數位科技發達與電子資源普及的時代，研究者的資訊需求改變，學生的學習方式更為多元，師生對校園空間需求也產生變化。理學院師生向來重視實驗，閱讀的文獻也以期刊為主，因此，數位資源早已是理學院師生的首選。在此趨勢下，理學院圖書館是否有存在的必要，是很多大學思考的問題，即使有理學院圖書館，但也趨向以「無紙建築」為設計理念。但是，使用者真正的需求為何？除了資料外，大學圖書館的空間應該扮演那些功能？這是一個值得討論的課題。本研究以照片引談法對臺師大理學院學生進行訪談，了解他們在空間改造前對於圖書館空間設施之需求；同時在圖書館完成整修後，亦透過照片引談法蒐集理學院學生對新空間設施的觀感與使用意見。

支援全校師生的教學與研究需求向來是大學圖書館責無旁貸的任務，然而綜觀國內外各大學圖書館紛紛面臨經費逐年遞減的窘境，嚴重侵蝕圖書館書刊經費的採購以及整體的經營與發展。因此為了將有限經費用在刀口上，評估並檢視現有的館藏資源強弱與缺失已是迫在眉睫的重要任務。本文作者以中興大學2012 年自然及工程等相關學科的師生投稿SCI 期刊論文所引用的參考書目文獻為研究標的，分析中興大學圖書館核心期刊支援全校師生教學研究的程度。研究結果發現: 一、核心期刊館藏的使用率高於非核心期刊館藏；二、核心期刊館藏在支援本校師生的教學研究程度遠高於非核心期刊館藏。核心期刊的使用率以及支援校內師生研究程度均高於非核心期刊，顯示現階段核心館藏發展策略符合使用者需求。

傳統上大學圖書館最主要的任務是支援教學與研究，然而近年來我國各大學圖書館紛紛設置休閒氛圍之閱聽空間，吸引讀者入館。本研究首先回顧國外相關文獻，之後採用半結構性訪談法，以國內十五所大學圖書館的館內76 位使用者為研究對象，試圖從他們的觀點探索大學圖書館之休閒功能。研究問題包括：受訪者利用大學圖書館從事那些休閒活動，以及其休閒使用大學圖書館的原因、時機與感受。研究者建議大學圖書館要回應使用者的需求，開始重視休閒方面的功能，並期望研究結果能提供我國大學圖書館做為重新規劃空間與館藏方向時之參考。

Traditionally, an academic library's primary mission is to augment teaching and research. In recent years, several academic libraries, however, have set up functional spaces embedded with casual atmosphere, aiming to attract potential users. This study first reviewed related literature, followed by semi-structured interviews. 76 in-library
users from 15 academic libraries were recruited as the subjects. Their perspectives regarding functionality of academic libraries were explored. Research questions of this study include: (1) What leisure activities do the interviewees do when utilizing service provided by academic libraries? (2) Why and when do the interviewees visit academic

百年來臺灣公共圖書館之規劃與設計方式甚具特色。從清治、日據到民國70年代、90 年代分別有工匠、官派建築技師、建築師、規劃委員、專業營建管理等規劃設計專業人員投入相關工作；同時亦發展出使用者參與、建築計畫書、使用後評估等不同作業方式，以將設計圖書館建築相關之使用機能知識提供給設計專業參考。而圖書館員與建築師之間相互溝通，以共創發展好的圖書館建築，將激發未來規劃設計方式之新方向。

我國大學圖書館大量採購電子資料庫普遍受到歡迎，但仍遭遇經費刪減與使用者不滿意的問題。許多大學圖書館希望了解使用者如何使用資料庫，與進行資料庫評鑑以為館藏發展、採購評選與推廣服務之參考。本論文旨在從支援採購決策觀點探討圖書館資料庫績效評鑑，將探討資料庫評選與採購問題，績效評鑑意涵，資料庫績效評鑑指標與模式建構，以及如何應用在資料庫採購評鑑決策。本論文運用疊慧研究法邀請來自17 所大學圖書館的22 位專家學者，發展出資料庫績效評鑑準則，涵蓋四構面及23 項指標，四構面包括：資料庫採購成本、資料庫使用次數、資料庫內容與品質、以及資料庫推廣與服務。

Many university libraries in Taiwan have purchased a variety of databases, but libraries have also encountered serious problems in the shape of insufficient funding and user dissatisfaction. Many libraries want to investigate how users use the databases and how to undertake database evaluation in supporting collection development, selection,and purchasing services. This article aims to construct databases performance evaluation
indicators and models in supporting databases purchasing and evaluation. The Delphi research method was used in the study with 22 experts of university librarians from 17 universities to develop database performance evaluation criteria composed of four dimensions and 23 indicators. The four dimensions included database procurement costs,
database usage, database content, and database promotion service.

因應數位時代來臨，各先進國家莫不致力於文獻文物數位化工作，數位典藏與數位學習亦為我國重點發展計畫之一。歌仔冊為深具臺灣特色的俗文學文獻之一，近年隨著本土化思潮崛起，歌仔冊研究益發受到臺灣語言、文學、文化研究者重視。本文旨在介紹國立臺灣大學圖書館典藏之歌仔冊文獻及其相關數位典藏計畫，包括歌仔冊文獻數位化和「歌仔冊唸唱學習知識網」之建置，說明計畫內容與執行過程，謹供國內文獻典藏單位發展數位典藏計畫卓參。

This article provides a brief introduction on two of National Taiwan University Library’s digital projects: Kua-á tsheh and Liām-kua Digital Archives, and focuses on how they have been executed and applied over the years. Kua-á tsheh is a type of publication that transcribes folklores in prose. It is an important research material that can be used to understand the linguistics, folk literature, along with social and cultural anthropology of early Taiwan. Liām-kua is how those folklores in Kua-á tsheh are performed by entertainers, who can be regarded as combining the roles of bards and musicians roaming the country side. In short, Kua-á tsheh Digital Archive is a traditional digital library project which focuses on digitalizing our book collections, while Liām-kua Digital Archive tries to introduce this specific subject collection through different methods with the hope of preserving traditional performing arts.
