摘要

本文以實務論點闡述影音資源對大學圖書館服務的重要性與必然性,並說明進行各項視聽服務影音資源徵集時的程序、方法與應注意事項,尤其合法影音授權問題。此外亦提出相關建議,期望大學圖書館能持續徵集利於師生教學、研究、自學與可涵養身心的各項影音資源,以不斷提升視聽服務品質。

Abstract

The article clarifies the importance and necessity of the audiovisual resources of academic library services. It describes the procedures, methods, and considerations of the acquisitions, particularly Copyright issues. In addition, some suggestions and expectations for collecting audiovisual resources conducive to teaching, researching, self-study, and relaxing are presented to continuously improve the quality of audiovisual services.

圖書資訊學研究中的科學研究方法:以系統開發研究法為例

摘要

近年來圖書館學與資訊科學有學科領域融合的現象。因為學科領域融合的結果,學科內涵的包容範圍擴大;過去傳統的圖書館學之研究,比較多關於社會科學層面之研究,因此,社會科學的研究方法,已在圖書館學的研究中,成為成熟化的一套研究方法。但是,自從圖書館自動化與資料庫系統建置也成為圖書館學中重要的一環之後,圖書館學的科學層面之研究益形重要,然而相對的研究方法,在圖書館學的研究中,並不及社會科學的研究方法一般成熟。為了幫助圖書館學中的技術科學領域,尋找更能有效解決問題的方法,以提升作業績效與服務上的讀者滿意度,本文乃研究有關科學研究方法的理論,參酌資訊科學領域的學者對於研究方法的見解,以系統開發的研究為例,彙整可行的一套研究方法,而論述科學技術性的作業與系統開發等相關研究,可以採用科學研究的方法。本文除了討論圖書資訊學科學研究法的基本精神與可能的步驟之外,並分析科學研究法的實質效益,希望能為圖書資訊學中的技術科學研究,指出可行的研究途徑,冀期圖書館學的科學研究方法終能發展至成熟之水準,而裨益日益重要的圖書館學之相關科學研究。

Abstract

The cross boundary research between library science and information science shows a great advancement in recent years. In the past, discourse of most researchers in library science had their focus on social aspects; therefore, the adopted sociology research methodologies have developed to a sophisticated level. In fact, the cross-disciplinary development has brought changes to library science research paradigm. With the broader scope of current library and information sciences, it would be very useful if we could also develop suitable research methodology for scientific researches. It is believed that suitable research methodology could help solve problems in an effective way so as to ensure good operational performance and user satisfaction. Reviewing some theories of scientific researches and scholars opinions regarding information science research methodologies, the author had information system development research as an example and advocated that researches concerning technical services of library science needed to adopt scientific research methodologies. The author also introduced the positive heuristic research approach and associated aspects that need to be included in the process for scientific researches of information system development and pointed out the possible benefits of a scientific research approach for such researches. It is hoped that this initial discussion could anticipate the development of a set of sophisticated scientific research methodology for library science researchers and be beneficial.

新博物館空間中遊客文化觀覽行為之初探:以淡水馬偕街區為例

摘要

本研究旨在研究淡水馬偕街區的觀覽行為,本文將博物館視為一種文化實踐的過程即—透過集體記憶展現與文化物件的詮釋,將文化觀覽者帶入的歷史性(historicity)之社會行動。以博物館街區的觀覽研究為個案,本文認為博物館必須與觀眾主動建構的意義相互溝通,博物館的真正意涵才能顯現,且這種建構機制主要來自於社區居民對歷史的懷念,以及對文化的嚮往。具體而言,博物館結合地方資源已是此時期的重點發展趨勢,也是目前博物館產學界的共識,尤其地方、生態、社區博物館的全面崛起,其博物館所孕育的資源及組成元素,皆源 自於地方過去的歷史脈絡,換句話說,地方是博物館的主要內容,而文化觀覽者則是博物館的推手。本研究發現淡水偕醫博物館街區就是街區居民日常生活中的一部份,平時引導觀覽者參觀,透過日常生活展示的互動,喚醒觀覽者對歷史的注意,使地方歷史外顯為一種地方知識的展示。本研究也建議在文化旅遊的背景下,博物館的定位可延伸地方知識的社會生產機制,準此本文認為將Bourdieu 文化資本理論可應用於博物館街區旅遊之研究,研究者建議可著重於博物館符號元素與觀覽者之互動,及其對地方經濟之影響。

Abstract

This article examines the process of tourism authenticity using a case study of the rise of tourism in Tamsui. Tourism authenticity is a process by which tourist modes of staging, visualization, and experience shape and frame meanings and displays of local culture and heritage. Empirically, we surveyed the responses of destination image and patterns of information seeking among 388 visitors on the MacKay Museum area. We show that the study of interplay of places, image, and cultural practices are a useful strategy for deepening understanding of the complex intersections of local museums and perception of cultural landscape in the emergence of cultural tourism in Taiwan.

摘要

檔案數位典藏支援教學是檔案數位化加值應用上一個相當可行的發展方向,近幾年來世界各國均致力於此,期能夠發揮檔案數位典藏在教學上之價值。在國內檔案數位典藏支援教學或數位學習仍屬起步階段,本文擬先藉由探討先進國家的發展經驗,再針對目前國內發展現況進行剖析,希冀能夠提供未來國內檔案數位典藏支援教學或數位學習上之卓參。

Abstract

Using digital archives to support teaching and learning is a prospective direction of the value-added digitized archives. In recent years, countries around the world made an effort to this issue and hoped to develop the value of digital archives for teaching and learning. In Taiwan, however, digital archives in support of teaching and learning or E-learning are still on the initial stage. In this paper, we discussed the experience of advanced countries, introduced and analyzed the development of digital archives in support of teaching and learning or E-learning in Taiwan. It is our hope to provide some suggestions for future development.

歷史論著引用文獻及其引用檔案特性分析

摘要

利用文獻參考書目進行引文分析,有助於瞭解哪些資料被實際使用,本研究 以THCI Core 收錄之四份歷史學一級期刊為分析對象,包括:《中央研究院近代 史研究所集刊》、《臺灣史研究》、《國立政治大學歷史學報》、《臺大歷史學 報》等四份期刊,彙整2006 ? 2010 年間四份期刊,總計256 篇論著,17,332 篇 引用文獻,分析引用資料類型、時間、語文以及平均引文量,並針對其中被引用 的1,461 篇檔案資料,分析被引用之檔案類型、年代、語文、檔案全宗與檔案館藏 來源,以描繪出史學研究者引用文獻與引用之檔案資料特性。研究發現史學者引 用資料以專書為主,引用檔案比例偏低,經常被引用的檔案資料類型為公文書, 引用文獻與檔案資料語文以中文為主,經常被使用的檔案全宗為《臺灣總督府公 文類纂》,檔案典藏地多為臺灣文史機構以及因地緣關係與臺灣歷史密切之國家 檔案館,研究結果期許可提供檔案館藏發展與檔案價值鑑定決策之參考。

Title The Characteristics of the Literature and Archives Cited onHistorical Journals

Abstract

The citation analysis looks at references in literature in order to determine what also were described. The results of this study reveal that monographs are the highly cited type of all references. The citation ratio of archives are low. The characteristics of most cited archives are official records. Chinese is the main language cited of all references and archives. The files of Taiwan Sotokufu are the most cited archives by historians. The collection of Taiwan historical agencies and foreign National Archives are the important resources for historical research. Finally, this study proposes suggestions of archives collection development and appraisal decisions for reference. materials are actually used. This study analyzed all references cited in articles published between 2006 and 2010 of four THCI Core history journals, including of Bulletin of the Institute of Modern History Academia Sinica, Taiwan Historical Research, The Journal of History, Bulletin of the Department of History of National Taiwan University. A total of 256 journal papers and 17,332 references were identified and analyzed. The document type, year, language and the average number of citations were addressed. The archives type, period, language, archival fonds and collection place of 1,461 archival documents

臺灣開放式課程發展歷程、特色與影響之初探:以交通大學開放式課程為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討臺灣開放式課程之發展歷程與影響。首先經由文獻分析麻省理工學院(MIT)之開放式課程及亞太鄰近國家之開放式課程聯盟;其次探討交通大學開放式課程之起源,臺灣開放式課程聯盟之起源與特色,並將其與亞太鄰國進行比較;最後以交通大學開放式課程為例,經由訪談得知對其教師與校內外使用者之效益,並提出建議。研究結果顯示,全世界之開放式課程皆受到美國麻省理工學院之影響,但發展方式不同,臺灣地區之開放式課程則以影音為特色。在開課之考量上,臺灣聯盟中之各校多考量修課人數、學校特色與教師意願等層面。開放式課程對教師而言,可增進其教學技巧,並能得到校外使用者的回饋;對交通大學校內學生而言,可超越時間的限制,有助於自學、補充、參考。對校 外使用者而言,更突破了地理上的限制,讓網路使用者獲得更多優質的教育資源。

Title A Preliminary Study on the Development and Impact ofOpenCourseWare in Taiwan: A Case Study of OCW of NationalChiao Tung University

Abstract

This study is aimed to explore the development, features, and impact of Taiwan OpenCourseWare (OCW). It first reviewed the origin of MIT OCW and other Asia-Pacific countries’ OCW consortiums, including China, Japan, and Vietnam. Secondly, this study introduced the development of National Chiao Tung University’s (NCTU) OCW, Taiwan OCW Consortium (TOCWC), and compared them with those of Asia- Pacific countries. Finally, this study interviewed teachers and students of NCTU as well as off-campus users about their perceptions and experiences of NCTU’s OCW. The results indicated that Asia Pacific countries’ OCWs were influenced by MIT’s, and the distinct feature of Taiwan’s OCW is that many courses are imbedded with videobased contents. This study also investigated the considerations of OCW publication by individual universities in TOCWC, and found that the audience, university specialties, and willingness of participation from professors are the top considerations. The study further interviewed NCTU OCW’s users and concluded that (1) teachers could improve their teaching skills and were glad to receive feedback from off-campus users; (2) oncampus students perceived OCW to resolve their time problems as a good helper for their learning; (3) off-campus users appreciated the removal of geographical barrier and the access to high-quality free online education resources.

數位課程教學法模式與應用:「知識組織與資訊取用課程」實例探討

摘要

教育部自2006 年開始推動數位學習碩士在職專班,目前已有九校提供數位碩士班。數位學習是一種新的學習型式,在課程教授時有別於傳統教學,許多教師正在摸索數位課程的教學方法。回顧我國數位課程教學法相關研究,鮮有文獻,故本議題值得探討。本論文旨在探討數位課程的教學法與應用,研究目的包括:(1) 探討數位課程的教學法原理;(2) 探討數位課程教學法模式的發展;(3) 探討教學法模式應用於數位課程的教學與成效。本論文採用個案研究方法,以政治大學圖書資訊與檔案學研究所開設的「知識組織與資訊取用」數位課程為研究個案,運用Dabbagh 的數位學習教學法模式框架,包括教學法模式、教學策略與學習科技,以發展數位課程教學法與教學策略。本研究證實建構主義教學模式與專題導 向教學模式適合應用在數位課程教學,並配合提出四項教學策略與線上同步課程傳遞方式,最後總結及提出建議。

Title The Development of Pedagogical Model for an “Information, Organization and Access” E-Learning

Abstract

The ROC Ministry of Education established an accreditation mechanism in 2005 and encouraged the launch of E-Learning master programs for students in full-time employment in 2006. As E-Learning is basically learning that is facilitated and supported by information and communications technology, it is a new way of learning not only changing the relationship between of teachers and students; but also changing the nature of education. Because E-Learning is different from classroom learning and it needs new instructional design. The article mainly studies E-Learning courses instructional design and the objectives of the study are to explore E-Learning course instructional design theory and pedagogy. Also, development of Library and Information Science digital curriculum applying theory to the design and implementation of Library and Information Science E-Learning courses. The case study method was used in the study with one case of “Information, ganization and Access” E-Learning course of NCCU Library and formation Studies E-Learning Master’s Program. The study followed the Pedagogical Design Model proposed by Dr. Dabbagh showing the E-Learning pedagogical model framework by the interaction of pedagogical models, instructional strategies, and learning technology. The study shows that the NCCU has contributed a lot to provide graduate students a new way to learn E-Learning, information literacy and LIS new knowledge and skills. Effective E-Learning instructional design shown in the study were learners centeredness and good student-teacher interaction. Two effective pedagogies for E-Learning courses were manipulated including constructivist learning and project-based learning in accordance with four effective instructional strategies.
