本文藉由收集分析網路使用者實際進行個人圖像需求之檢索過程資料，並輔以觀察、問卷、及訪談等方法，共分析34名不同領域大學院校學生之圖像檢索行為特性，及其圖像相關判斷準則及線索，並觀察檢索前後的變化。主要研究結果包括：檢索需求多為人物之專指性主題，且檢索目的以個人休閒需求為主；圖像相關判斷中最重要的準則為「主題性」、「正確性」、及「美感性」，且檢索前後的變化不大，而其它準則如「聯想性」及「技術性」則呈現上升，「可及性」則下降；使用者背景、檢索需求類型、及資料類型對相關判斷行為具有影響。最後本文也針對圖像使用者與圖像資訊檢索系統提供一些改善建議。

The study collected and analyzed data on the process by which web users conduct real image search tasks. With the additional methods of non-obtrusive observation, questionnaire, and interview, this study investigated the image search behavior and relevance judgment of 34 college students from different subject domains. Pre- and post-search analysis was also conducted. The results include: users mostly search for specific images like people to fulfill their recreational needs; topicality, accuracy, and sense of aesthetics are the top three relevance judgment criteria; associativeness and technical details increase in importance, whereas accessibility decreases in importance from pre-search to post-search; user background, image needs, and data request types also have an influence on relevance judgment. To conclude, some suggestions on image literacy and image retrieval system design were provided.

國立臺灣大學圖書館「石原文庫」所藏，是日人石原幸作的舊藏。石原幸作為日治時期臺灣日日新報社負責人，也是當時知名的金石篆刻家及古物收藏家，藏書以印譜、書法碑帖、畫帖及硯譜為主，其中以印譜佔總數之近半為最大宗。石原幸作逝世後，他的藏書由臺北帝國大學預科所存藏。臺灣光復後，臺灣大學接收原臺北帝國大學藏書，使石原文庫成為臺灣大學圖書館的重要館藏之一。石原文庫所典藏的印譜大致上可以分為三種類型，一為石原幸作所收藏之印譜、一為印友專譜及印友結社之集刻印譜、一為石原幸作之個人印譜，而這些印譜相當程度的反應了日治時期的篆刻活動概況。就現存之日治時期臺灣篆刻文獻極為短缺的情形來看，石原文庫是研究該時期篆刻活動相當重要的第一手資料。

The Ishihara Library at the National Taiwan University library houses a collection formerly belonging to Ishihara Saku, a Japanese in charge of Taiwan Daily News during the Japanese Colonization Period, and a renowned seal-cutting artist and antique collector. Approximately half of his collection consists of sigillary prints, with rubbings of calligraphy copybooks, Chinese paintings copybooks, and inkstone prints making up the rest. After Ishihara Saku passed away, his collection was preserved by the Preparatory School of the Taipei Imperial University, and later taken over by the National Taiwan University after Taiwan€ Retrocession, becoming one of the most important treasures of the university library. Basically, sigillary prints in the Ishihara Library can be classified into three categories: sigillary prints collected by Ishihara Saku, original prints by fellow seal-cutting artists and collective sigillary prints by members of seal-cutting societies, and sigillary prints by Ishihara Saku himself. These sigillary prints, to a certain degree, reflect the overall status of seal-engraving activities during the Japanese Colonization Period, making the Ishihara Library a critical first-hand information source for related research, particularly in light of the serious lack of documentation available.

本文檢視組織學習理論和圖書館評鑑相關文獻，並進行系統性整理—耙梳重點，釐清脈絡，摘取經典，啟發思辯，旨在促使相關研究者更加瞭解組織學習與圖書館評鑑兩者之關聯，循其軌跡，觀其影響，提出更為合理有效之理論模式。 從圖書館評鑑的方向思考，評鑑的過程和功能理應涵納組織學習的意義，試圖營造圖書館成為學習型組織。為達此目的，評鑑設計者、評鑑執行者、評鑑決策者和被評鑑之組織都應具備共識，從制度面、領導面、執行面和學習面自我檢驗，期改善評鑑水準，奠定組織良性體質，裨益於圖書館永續發展。

This paper examines some of the current discussion in the literature of organizational learning theory and library evaluation, from which to derive a better understanding of how library evaluation can assist in the improvement of libraries as learning organizations. The theoretical work of Argyris and Schon (single-loop and double-loop learning) and Crossan, Lane and White (the cognitive processes of intuiting, interpreting, integrating and institutionalizing) was considered, together with that of later theorists. Emphasis in the literature is collectively placed on the role of individuals within organizations, and how the organizations themselves should be a product of the creativity of those individuals and the enabling organizational structures. Library evaluation plays or should play a critical role in both enabling libraries to become learning organizations in this sense, and sustaining such continuing organizational development. In general there has been insufficient attention to how library evaluation can be effectively integrated in the library as a continuing planning and responding process. A more sophisticated approach must be taken, especially in view of the increased challenges and responsibilities which academic libraries are now facing.

圖書送存制度是圖書館庋藏當代圖書文獻的一種重要的方式，我國圖書館法已明訂電子資源法定送存之必要性，但業者對於電子資源配合法定送存的意願始終裹足不前。為瞭解電子資源法定送存問題，本文以美國、英國、澳洲、加拿大與我國為例，簡述各國電子資源法定送存的制度與作業現況，並利用深度訪談方式，邀請國內具國家圖書館實務工作經驗、瞭解電子資源館藏發展議題之學者專家以及數位出版業者進行深度訪談，以探究受訪者對於我國國家圖書館進行電子資源法定送存作業的意見與期許，根據訪談結果，最終擬具結論與建議，提供我國國家圖書館未來推動電子資源法定送存制度之參考。

Legal deposit is an important way to collect documents for the library. The Library Act of Taiwan subscribes the necessity of depositing electronic resources, but publishers have been hesitant to do so. In order to understand the issue of legal deposit of electronic resources, systems in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada and Taiwan are taken as examples to explain the actual situation. In-depth interviews are pursued for a systematic investigation into the opinion of scholars, experts and digital publishers. It is expected that this will provide impetus and paradigms for an electronic resources legal deposit system in Taiwan€'s National Central Library.

開放取用（Open Access）運動近年來獲得相當大的矚目，但所產生的討論多集中於出版模式、作者態度、成本分析等方面，對於圖書館如何對Open Access文獻進行資訊組織及提供讀者取用管道方面，相關的探討仍顯得相對較少。本文首先針對Open Access的發展及其文獻類型作一概述；其次分析目前主要的Open Access資訊組織方式和檢索管道並探討其優缺點；第三部份則綜合前一章所分析的各種Open Access資訊組織方式和檢索管道，由各角度探討其特性；最後則針對圖書館在Open Access資訊組織方式和檢索服務上的重要性作綜合性的探討，並對圖書館未來在改善Open Access文獻的資訊組織及取用上及未來的研究方向上提出若干建議。

Open Access has received much attention in the recent year, but related discussions often concentrate on publication type, author attitude, and cost analysis only. There is scanty research concerning how the library provides information organization and access means on Open Access. This paper first introduces the development and types of literatures in Open Access, and analyzes the current information organization and access means on Open Access and the advantages and disadvantages. The third part summarizes the information organization and access means on Open Access analyzed in the previous chapter, and then discusses their characteristics from different perspectives. Lastly, composite discussion is made on the significance of information organization and access means on Open Access, in order to provide suggestions for libraries on improving the information organization of Open Access and for future research.

RFID技術已經應用在圖書館的流通、盤點和安全管理的工作，惟因其產品功能與規格標準的繁雜多變，廠商的宣傳又僅限於正面功效，所以許多圖書館仍欲研究此技術的各項議題，再決定是否加以應用到有關的服務項目中。為協助圖書館瞭解建置RFID系統的方法，本文作者採用文獻探討和個案分析法研究圖書館應用RFID技術之過程，以及如何處理可能遭遇的問題。根據研究結果，作者認為圖書館若能得到經費支援和充足的人力，則可以對應用RFID技術展開可行性分析、系統規劃、系統建置、系統效益評估與滿意度調查等5個階段之工作；最後則對圖書館界發展RFID系統提出4項建議，包括應用RFID技術之目的是提升讀者服務品質而非精簡館員人數、增進系統的附加價值、進行RFID技術應用的專案研究，以及組成使用者聯盟。

Radio frequency identification (RFID) has been named as one of the ten greatest contributory technologies in the 21st century. The establishment of an RFID system in the Taiwan University Medical Library and related issues are discussed in the paper. The authors suggest that, with sufficient budget and manpower, RFID technology can be applied in libraries according to the five stages proposed in the paper. Besides, four suggestions on the development of the RFID system are made.

圖書館身為閱讀的基本機構，典藏著豐富多元的圖書資訊資源，面對當代社會情緒療癒與心理健康促進的潮流，圖書館除了發揮傳統知識性之圖書資訊資源的傳播功能外，該如何進一步運用書目療法之原理於現有之讀者服務上，嘗試施行 「書目療法服務」，以協助有情緒困擾問題之讀者滿足其情緒療癒的心理需求，此實為值得吾人思考的議題。有鑑於書目療法服務在國內尚屬一新興的領域，一般圖書館從業人員，對此項服務之意涵與基本概念仍不甚瞭解，爰此，筆者乃嘗試將書目療法之意義與機制、功能與類型，英國與美國圖書館書目療法服務之發展與施行之爭議以及國內圖書館施行書目療法服務之現況等，作一概略性之探討，藉供同道參考，期能收拋磚引玉之效。

As a basic institution for reading, libraries are responsible for the diversity of information resources. Facing the trend of emotional healing and mental health in the postmodern society, libraries no longer function entirely to spread information resources. Instead, the issue of implementing 'bliotherapeutic service' that assists readers through emotional distress is also worth taking into account. However, as bibliotherapeutic service is an emerging field in Taiwan, librarians are not familiar with the service's basic concepts and implications. With respect to this, the writer explores the origin and development of bibliotherapeutic service and provides reference on its significance, mechanism, functions and types for librarians to consider.

由於網路世代是大學圖書館學習共享空間（或資訊共享空間）最主要的驅動力之一，本文乃從網路世代學習特質的角度，來探討何種學習共享空間（或資訊共享空間）的設施較能契合其特質，因而更能提昇網路世代學生的學習效果。此外，本文也針對美國、加拿大、英國、澳洲、和紐西蘭等21所大學圖書館學習共享空間（或資訊共享空間）的設施部份，以圖書館網頁方式進行資料收集與分析，以一窺目前國際間學習共享空間（或資訊共享空間）設施部份的發展現況。

The characteristics of the Net Generation have become one of the important driving forces behind Learning Commons (or Information Commons). In this work, from the Net Generation€'s perspective, we try to investigate the Learning Commons facilities at libraries which can be used to enhance learning effectiveness. The web pages of 21 university libraries (in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand) have been reviewed to find out about the facilities of their Learning Commons/Information Commons.
